Puppycat Momo (they/them) is a 24-year-old bratty, non-binary hybrid pet from Kansas City, who finds joy through service and strives to diversify the kink community. With their leash held tightly by their Daddy Zach, Momo travels throughout the Midwest and beyond, seeking new ways to be of service and build community. Their journey into pet play began in early 2020 with the discovery of their local pet play group, Midnight Howl KC. Although the pandemic delayed their community debut, Momo spent lockdown connecting online, learning queer kink history, and deepening their passion for the community. Now, as Missouri Pet 2023, a board member of Midnight Howl KC, and an associate member of RUDIS Leather Society, Blue Max St. Louis, and the KC Pioneers, Momo is deeply involved in fostering inclusive spaces. You may have seen them working behind the scenes, staffing and volunteering at events like Wisconsin Leather Pride, Midwest Pet & Handler, Midwest Leather & Kink Alliance, Austin Kink Weekend, Route 66, Southplains Leatherfest and International Puppy and Trainer just to name a few. Daddy Nick was the first North Star Handler 2019-2022 and the first Midwest Handler 2019-2023. Over the course of his growth within the pet community he has a passion for promoting inclusion and creating safe spaces so that everyone is able to experience the pet and handler community. He helped find a safe place for the WATCH Moshes (
Daddy Nick was the first North Star Handler 2019-2022 and the first Midwest Handler 2019-2023. Over the course of his growth within the pet community he has a passion for promoting inclusion and creating safe spaces so that everyone is able to experience the pet and handler community. He helped find a safe place for the WATCH Moshes (Women and Trans Critters and Handlers) in Minneapolis, he’s helped promote and design a booklet to showcase the non cis male forms of pets and humans for the community. He is also working to bring additional visibility to Female-Identified, ENBY, or Trans Critters and Handlers with Let’s Make F.E.T.C.H Happen. One thing that Daddy Nick wants you to know is that regardless of how you identify, what kinks you are into, or what scenes you are a part of, is that you matter and You Are Welcome Here.

Scout is an active member of the Chicago, regional, and national pet and handler community. Identifying as a Husky and an Alpha Dog, Scout gets much satisfaction from nurturing, protecting, and helping other pets and trainers learn and grow. Scout is the President of The Midwest Pet and Handler Contest. He has spoken in many venues and online forums about suicide prevention, anxiety management, and various pet play topics. Recently, Scout has been spending much time learning about other pet communities by speaking with those who participate in kitty play, pony play, pig play, and more. This has inspired him to work side by side those individuals who are already putting the work in that is necessary to provide ALL pet players the same opportunities that those of the pup and handler communities have. While he knows this will not happen overnight, he is already very impressed by the strides the community has taken to create a more inclusive and equitable space.
